Villagers enjoyed a night under the stars at the annual fireworks party. A light drizzle failed to dampen spirits as they tucked into soup and hot dogs before the sky was lit up by fantastic fireworks. PERA chairman Simon Lillystone welcomed more than 60 residents, friends and families before teaming up with his wife Jane to pick the raffle winners. ‘That was lovely, it gets better each year’ said Bill Lear of Gadespring.
