Welcome, Alice, Jack & family
A warm welcome to the village’s newest residents, Jack and Alice O’Brien.
Jack & Alice and their young sons Freddie (3) and Rafferty (1) have upped sticks from their East London home and moved into the old Boar’s Head. They’ve lost no time in getting into the swing of village life, hosting a course at the recent Safari Supper.
‘We really enjoyed the safari supper’, said Jack, ‘it was lovely to meet so many friendly and interesting people.’ They chose Piccotts End because it was midway between Jack’s family near Cambridge and Alice’s in London.
Alice has also set up a village WhatsApp group aimed at anyone like her, wanting tips and recommendations for local trades people such as decorators, gardeners and handymen.
