Vanessa and Ben McCormack, who have lived in Church House for the past 6 years, are bidding farewell to Piccotts End next month. They are heading for the United States where Ben has a job in Dallas. Vanessa, pictured here, who has been a regular member of the Book Club, says they will be spending two years in the Texas city but plan to return to the former village church whose interior they have transformed into a spectacular home.
