Graham, who lives in Mill Close, was a part of the oldest crew to row the Atlantic last year and has just received his certificate from Guinness World Records. You can find out more about his exploits here.

As if that wasn’t enough, Graham, who specialises in gruelling endurance tests, has just started training for his  next charity challenge in April 2015 for Unicef.  This time it’s  a 222 Ironman Triathlon which consists of a two-mile swim, a 20-mile mile run and a 200-mile cycle which he hopes to complete in 20-22 hours. So far Graham, who works for Marks and Spencer, has competed in marathons, mountain climbing, John O Groats to Lands End cycle rides and ocean rowing.  He has raised more than £220,000 of a target of £250,000. When he hits the target Graham says he will do the easier options like sitting in a bath of beans!
