Piccotts End is renowned for its medieval wall paintings, which are located at 132. Dating back to the late 15th century, the paintings are a rare example of pre-Reformation English Catholic art. They are not open to the general public except for one weekend in September when a Murals Open Day takes place. This year’s dates are Saturday/Sunday 16th/17th September.
